II - Preparing meat.
Choose meat in accordance with the requirements of diet therapy - lean meat, without films and tendons. Boil the meat and grind it using a meat grinder or blender. If pancreatitis is in a phase of stable remission, then you can cut it into small pieces with a knife. Add melted butter to the minced meat. Mix everything.

How to cook casserole with minced meat and mushrooms.

1. Boil the potatoes until tender, drain all the water, add salt and mash with a potato masher. It is advisable that the puree be without lumps, this will make it more tender.

2. Beat the egg into the potatoes, stir quickly (if you put them in hot potatoes, the egg may curl).

3.While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the minced meat. First, rinse the meat well, pat dry with a paper towel, and pass through a meat grinder. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Place minced meat in the onion, which, by the way, can be from any meat, use it at your discretion. Stir and fry until almost done. The minced meat may form lumps during the frying process, so it must be constantly broken up.

4.Cut the tomato into half rings, finely chop the greens, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Chicken breast is a dietary, lean meat that also cooks quickly. In this casserole, all ingredients are baked raw, the main thing is to cut the potatoes thinly.

Ingredients:

  • raw potatoes - 8-10 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • fresh tomato - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 gr.
  • mayonnaise, ketchup
  • salt, pepper, spices

Making chicken casserole.

1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 1.5 cm wide. Before doing this, you need to wash it thoroughly under running water.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, either just with a knife or grate them on a special section of a grater.

3. Cut the tomato into thin slices, bell pepper into thin strips.

  • bulb;
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • salt - half a dessert spoon;
  • hard cheese – 120 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • flour – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise – 100 ml.

Preparation

  1. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, saute in a frying pan in vegetable oil or in the “Baking” mode in a multicooker until it becomes transparent.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the fried onions, breaking up all the lumps, and fry until cooked.
  3. Boil the potatoes - you need to mash them.
  4. For the sauce, beat the eggs, add flour, mayonnaise, salt and beat again until smooth and without lumps.

Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes. Place in a special pan, add water, cover and microwave for five minutes at 800 W.
  2. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, pasta (sauce) and pre-chopped onion.
  3. Place potatoes and minced meat in even layers in a glass dish.
  4. Pour the casserole with a mixture of milk and beaten eggs, bake at 600-800 W for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove from the microwave, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

To bake in the microwave, the height of the casserole should not exceed five centimeters, otherwise it will not warm up completely.
